With over 10 years of experience in Gaming industry, Sree is one of our co-founders and a great motivation behind us. He started his career with industry veterans, Party Gaming Plc where he was one of the first to join the Party Gaming team and played an instrumental role in launching both the Party Bingo and Party Casino brands. Sree has a strong track record of creating and implementing innovative production strategies with proven results and has created highly successful multi-platform games.

Tim Green has worked within the gaming sector for companies such as PIMS-SCA and Lottery Dynamics at senior levels specialising in creating new game concepts on behalf of both operators and vendors. Tim has also worked on a number of projects designed to differentiate games and ultimately increase revenue. Tim joins the Cozy Games team with over 20 years of financial/risk management experience, having worked in the City of London & New York for major insurance companies such as Prudential, Chubb and AIG.

Jaydeep brings nine years of product and marketing experience with him, having worked with industry veterans like Ladbrokes Plc and 32Red Plc. Jaydeep heads new business development initiatives and leads the account management team. An Electronics Engineering graduate, Jaydeep obtained his MBA from Demontfort University, UK. He plays a crucial role in managing the current business partnerships and expanding the reach of Cozy Games. He has a proven track record of identifying new revenue streams and has successfully launched Cozy Games products in Mobile and Social Platforms.

After graduating with honors from IIIT, a premier research focused technology institute in India, Shashank started his career with Oracle. He went on to co-found a mobile technology start-up, before joining Cozy Games. A passionate team member, Shashank leads the technology team besides serving as the Lead Architect, providing us a fresh perspective to the games and the technology platform. He works closely with the founding team in setting the technical roadmap and raising the bar each quarter.

Esther has both industry and agency experience, specializing in Marketing, PR, and Event Management. Over the last 11 years, Esther has worked on behalf of a variety of big brands from dotcom and retail to the online gaming industry. Representing Cozy Games, Esther assists with all marketing and PR opportunities and this includes assistance with securing editorial, drafting of news announcements and devising marketing and media plans on behalf of the company, in order to push Cozy Games within the online, mobile and social gaming sectors.
